109312 Pte. Albert William Dore, MM was born in Milton, Oxford, England, in August, 1894.


Part of the original contingent with the 4th CMR, Albert was wounded on 18th September, 1916.


Serving as a dispatch rider, Albert was decorated on the Somme, on 27th November, 1916, receiving the Military Medal.


Albert was struck off strength on 12th September, 1918.
